With Capital Property Funds expanding their portfolio and services, there was an opportunity to update their website, logo and associated collateral. The existing logo symbol was already a strong and recognisable shape, and as an established property investment fund manager in the Australian market, it was suggested this be retained, with the addition of a gradient emphasising the movement and growth of funds. The inclusion of an updated font and fresh colour palette completed the new look. A subsequent suite of material included a website, office signage, a logo and style guide, custom illustrated icons, Word templates and stationery.
